Return & Refund Policy

At Everheat Wellness, we take pride in offering premium wellness equipment designed for long-term use and daily recovery. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure safety, quality, and fairness for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Because our infrared saunas are large, custom-fulfilled wellness products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everheatwellness.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping & Freight Items

Due to the size and weight of our products, all shipments are handled via freight carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries or refused shipments may result in additional fees and are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
